    Unlike conventional databases, the OmniForm Form Database offers a flexible field attribute capability. For example, a form may have a field defined as a date. In a conventional database, only a single date would be permitted. But let's suppose that the person filling the form actually did the activity over a range of dates instead of on a single date. By entering the date range, the recipient of the form would have more useful information. OmniForm database fields with defined field attributes may be overridden by the person filling the form, provided the designer of the form allows the person filling the form to do this. Therefore, what would be easy to accomplish on a paper form is mimicked with OmniForm. Many customers have told us this is a very valuable feature and used often. The OmniForm database automatically adjusts itself to accommodate user initiated field attribute changes.

    Searches can include math logic including equal to, greater than, etc., the presence or absence of data, and exact matches or "contains" logic. In short, you can quickly find just the forms you are looking for within records of thousands of forms.
