After installing Kaspersky Labs products version 6.0 and 7.0 there may occur situations when the operating system “bluescreens” or Kaspersky AntiVirusfreezes, for example by computer boot or by task start. It might be a conflict either between Kaspersky AntiVirus version 6.0 and some software installed on your PC or with the componentry drivers of your PC. How to get program tracing files:

- download the kavlog7.zip utility from www.kaspersky.com

- unpack the archive kavlog7.zip

- run the file kavlog7.exe on the computer where you have the problem

- select the necessary Level
